Blood pressure checks are an  important part of older adults health.  Many people experience blood pressure problems as they age.  You can help lower your blood pressure by losing weight.  Losing only 10 pounds can help reduce your blood pressure.  Exercising 30 to 60 minutes a day most days of the week can also help reduce your blood pressure.  Lastly, eat healthy by eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low fat dairy products.  Visit your Loveland Physician if you experience high blood pressure symptoms or you just don’t feel right.
