In 1969 family medicine was recognized as a distinct specialty medicine.  To be a family physician you need to complete undergraduate school, medical school, and three more years of specialized medical residency training in family medicine. Residency training must include rotations in obstetrics-gynecology, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics and geriatrics.  Family physicians treat the whole person through all of life’s stages.  Dr. Huneycutt is a Board Certified Loveland Family Practice doctor.  He comes highly recommended!
