Experts are finding that the amount of sleep we get can affect our health in a negative way. Those who get less than 7 hours of sleep a night have a harder time concentrating. Not getting enough sleep, having poor quality rest or by sleeping at the wrong times of day, gives you a higher risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and depression.  This is according to the National Institutes of Health.  Talk to your physician if you are having trouble sleeping.
